JROTC Lynwood walker
Sergeant Spencer a class A army instructor in which has a mentally of a discipline citizen.
He was in the army from 1972-1993 in which he was a infantry solider and army sergeant.
He attended Ely High school in Pompano, Fl. I asked what does JROTC, mean he replied junior
Reserved Officer Training Corp. This is a program to motivate young kids as citizens no mater what’s their ethnic background. Believe it or not Sergeant Spencer is the founder of Piper’s JROTC. This was established in 1993, him and fellow Sergeant v. The student gain self confidence and respect within themselves as person Whole. I was told by Sergeant Spencer that they define the basic structures of the army, they influence a person to be a self role model. The rankings are something I myself was confused with how some of the programs students. It’s really simple the students receive higher rankings depending on how they react to receiving, taking and responding to orders. I asked Sergeant Spencer use one word describing you and he looked and me and stated caring.This statement is true on behalve that numorous of his former students have returned and thanked him,for being such a father figure.He would like people to remmber him as a role model to men and women. Kevin m. a sohpmore at Piper high has been in JROTC for two years now recalls how he has discipline. When asked what type of enviorment is JROTC is in he replied a family one. He believes that his sergeant is very dedicated person and very motivated.
